week 1 of weight watchers went well. i am down 4.5 lbs in a week. i really like the new plan and don't feel like i am giving up on foods i like or want to eat. i am more aware of what i am eating and how much i am eating. we will see how week 2 goes!

one more thing, michael (who is beside me) says, "look at morgan's pose in all the pix. i'm sure that gymnast stance comes naturally to her. and look marvin is doing it too (last pic)." i think it is funny that michael refers to mauryn as "marvin" too.
