homeschool christmas party

our party consisted of:

 bringing in food for the salvation army

 {we are doing a food shelf shopping day on another day so we just grabbed a few things out of the pantry}

having a speaker from the salvation army talk to us about the salvation army, and

 decorating pockets for the salvation army.  

the kids really loved coloring and embellishing the pockets.

i think our group decorated and stuffed around 80 pockets for the salvation army.

landon and mauryn's pockets made me laugh... decorated for BSU.  i hope whoever gets their pockets is a BSU fan :o)
