Pumpkin Bars

One of my favorite things to make in the fall is pumpkin bars.

These pumpkin bars are moist with just the right mix of cinnamon and pumpkin topped with cream cheese frosting... melt in your mouth good.

The best part of these bars is that they are easy... really, really easy.

Pumpkin Bars
recipe from Mary Jantz

4 eggs
1 c oil
2 c sugar
1 can pumpkin

Mix in a large bowl

2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Pour into a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

recipe from Cindy Heuer

8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar

Mix together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth. If the frosting is too thick add milk by tablespoon until it is the desired consistency.

Hey!! I know this recipe! I got it from Mary Jantz when we did the all day scrapbook day for the fundraiser at Southview. Do you remember that? These are my favorite bars too. Is that where you got this recipe from?

Hope you guys are all doing well!!
