Advent: Day 7

Lego Calendar:
Activity:  Build a fort and read Christmas stories in your fort.

Step One:  collect a basket full of Christmas stories
Step Two: move all the furniture in the bonus room.... turn some upside down.  watch so your mother doesn't hyperventilate.
Step Three: find as many blankets as possible to make a top to your fort.  make sure your mother hasn't passed out from the mess/disorganization.
Step Four: crawl in and enjoy stories.  make sure you snuggle up close and have your favorite blankets.

Step Five: let the little brother hold the flashlight even if he accidently gets it in your eyes.   watch your mama smile at how much you delighted in being able to create a fort {making a big mess}, read stories in it, and keep it up all.day.long.
Bible Verse: Micah 5:2-5 {a}
 “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me
one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
   from ancient times.”

 Therefore Israel will be abandoned
until the time when she who is in labor bears a son,
and the rest of his brothers return
   to join the Israelites.

He will stand and shepherd his flock
in the strength of the LORD,
in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God.
And they will live securely, for then his greatness
will reach to the ends of the earth.

And he will be our peace
